Safety and Pollution Control features

  1. In adherence with the Standard operating process described by the National CPCB our plant pre heating is done using liquid fuel
  2. Continuing with pollution and environmental safety requirements gases will be released in the environment through a chimney of 30 metres
  3. The plant heating will be done using the pyro gas generatedat the heating process, this too will be done through controlled mechanisms and is line with the CPCB requirements
  4. Excess pyro gases if any will be flared through a flaring systemat a height of 30 metres, that will ensure complete and controlled disposal of the same
  5. The plant will be controlled and monitored through instrumentation and control mechanisms for safe and adequate control along with state of the art sealing systems
  6. The oil generated will be collected in a sealed vessel through pumps and piping and be free of any manual collection and transportation from the reactor.
  7. The carbon black collection shall only be done after complete coolingof the plant
  8. There will be adequate time betweenthe stoppage of the heating cycle and the opening of the plant to ensure no rogue gases or pollutants are released
  9. All water generated in the process shall be recycled or disposedas per procedures laid down by the local and state governing bodies
  10. All the motors, electrical items, temperature meters and pressure gauges are mounted on the panel boardand can be controlled from the panel board so that the operator does not need to go near to operate the plant.
  11. Another  safetyin our plant is that our plant works on oil fired system so the temperature can be controlled and maintained.
  12. We provide three stage scrubberwith the plant which is required before leaving the hot air in the atmosphere to control the pollution.
  13. We have also connected a vacuum system to the plant, through which the plant maintains zero pressure.
